Elaine Dowman has been supporting the games industry for over six years, working with studios of all sizes across the UK and Ireland. She’s passionate about helping indie founders grow their businesses through mentoring, strategic introductions, and exposure opportunities for their games.
Elaine is a board member of IMIRT, the Irish Game Makers Association, where she works to elevate and advocate for the Irish games industry. She has also served as a non-executive board member of a game studio. In 2024, she was named a TechWomen100 Winner for her work supporting games businesses.
