With over 19 years of industry experience Simon Iwaniszak has spent the last 14 years running the multi-award-winning development studio, Red Kite Games.
Founded by Simon in early 2012, Red Kite began life as an ambitious independent studio, determined to work on the biggest games in the business, with a focus on fostering talent in Yorkshire and the North.
After supporting industry heavyweights including Activision, Sony and 2K on franchises such as Call of Duty, God of War and Mafia, Red Kite made the strategic decision to join the Sumo Digital family of studios in 2019.
Since then, Red Kite has gone from strength to strength, setting up home in the centre of Leeds and growing in size to over 80 developers working on some of the games industry’s best titles.
